• Staff Retreat to Taipei from 26 – 28 Dec 2009
  Every year, Organization organizes annual overseas staff retreat. In the year 2009, Organization has organized a trip to Taipei from 26-28 Dec 2009. Management staff spent a wonderful time shopping, visiting theme parks, sightseeing and rooming around the whole Taipei. Some staff had even extended their stay in Taiwan after the retreat.
   
• Fire Drill
  To equate staff knowledge and capability in handling disasterous situation, Organization has conducted a fire drill on 05 Mar 2010 at our office premises. The participation rate is 100%. Under the Emergency Response Team (ERT) Committee and Duty Personnel supervision and guidance, the drill has carried out in orderly manner and without much hip up. After the drill, staffs were briefed about the safety and evacuation procedure. A quiz was also conducted to test the staff’s understanding of the fire drill, with prizes being presented to the staff that had provided correct answer. The drill finished with practising the usage of the fire-extinguisher to put off the fire.

  Our Joint-Venture (JV) company, M/s Saniton Ceramic Pte Ltd, is a member of SSWIEA (Singapore Sanitary Ware Importers and Exporters Association) since 2003. The objective of the SSWIEA is to promote the mutual understanding and complying to the Government Regulation and Guidelines, improvising company business and venture to oversea markets.
  
  Our MD, Mr. Thomas Ang is the Honorary Assistant Secretary for the Term from 2009 to 2010. He has been actively involved in organizing meetings, seminars, Government and legal Authorities question and answering sessions for all the members. He has also tabled proposals about the amendment of Government legalization and requirement during the meeting section with the Authority.
